Auto-retweet Twitter Posts from Desired Owned Accounts

You can auto-retweet a Twitter post of a specific owned account from any desired owned account.​You can accomplish auto-retweeting from a desired owned account using Rule Engine.​ This can save a lot of time for brands in manually retweeting the tweets from a desired account to a desired account.

 Steps to Set Up Auto-retweet Posts

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under Governance Console, click Rule Engine within Collaborate.

  2. On the Rule Engine window, click Create New Rule in the top right corner.

  3. On the New Rule window, provide a Name and an optional Description for your new rule and set the Rule Scope to Customer.

  4. Select Context as Case Update and Rule Type as On Demand. If required, modify the values for Activation Date and Rule Execution Batch. To proceed with the default values, click Next.

  5. On the Rule Builder window, click the Addition icon Icon_Space_Add_Plus_Circle.png and select Add Action.

  6. On the Edit Action pane on the right, enter a Name for the action.

  7. Under Action To Auto respond to a message, select Send Auto Respond To from the Action dropdown and the Twitter as the value.

  8. Select Under Choose Account To Reply from the dropdown. Select the account as the value.

  9. Select the Campaign.

  10. For Choose Preferred Reply select Twitter Retweet.

  11. For Choose Reply Template, select the preferred template

  12. Click Save to finalize the creation of your new rule.
