Block Twitter Users

Updated

Blocking Twitter users, which is an action that can be performed natively through Twitter or through the Rule Engine, will prevent users from following or interacting with your Twitter profile in a number of ways. Blocked users cannot:

  1. Add your Twitter account to their lists

  2. Follow you

  3. See your profile picture on their profile page/timeline

  4. Tag you in a photo

 Steps

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Manage Rules within Triage.

  2. In the top right corner of the Rule Engine window, click Create New Rule. To learn more about configuring rules in the Rule Engine, see Create Rules.

  3. Configure your rule as desired, setting up the conditions for which your rule will execute on a message. Create a blocking action by adding an action in your rule path. Scroll down to Properties of the message sender and select Block Profile.

  4. Click Save to finalize the rule.

Note: Once a Twitter profile is blocked from Sprinklr, then there will not be any further fetching of data from the blocked profile. The blocked profile will be marked with a diagonal watermark in Sprinklr platform.
