Create A Column For Tweets

Updated

You can now get a better glance on your tweets, both promoted and unpromoted through engagement dashboards. You can even segregate for promoted tweets, or for different accounts using these twitter engagement columns. In this article, you will learn how to create such a column for tweets.

 Steps

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. Click Add Column in the top right corner of the desired Engagement dashboard.

  3. On the Add New Column window, search and select Twitter as a source for adding a new column.

  4. On the Add New Twitter Column window, select My Tweets.

  5. After selecting the type of column you want to create, enter a Name, Description, and add Accounts per your needs. Provide other Basic Information for your column. Preview of the column will render on the right side of the window.

  6. Under Promoted Post, you can select the desired options from the drop-down menu:

    • Select Yes from the drop-down menu to see promoted Tweets only in your column.

    • Select No from the drop-down menu to see only non-promoted Tweets.

    • Or leave the default value - All - to see all of your selected account(s)'s Tweets in the new column.

  7. Enter Workflow Properties as desired. Workflow properties refer to the properties applied in Sprinklr, either automatically or manually, that determine the message's workflow status, user assignment, priority, Spam designation, and sentiment.

  8. Provide Custom Properties as desired. Configuring additional properties, you can specify messages to include or exclude based on the properties that have been applied to the message.

  9. After you've provided all the details for your column, click Create Column in the bottom right corner  and your new column with the Tweets would be created.
