In the Engagement column on Vanilla Forum, you can select a post to interact with.

Steps to Engage with a Post

• Select the post you want to engage with

• The actions available for engagement are macros, assign, comment, archive, or more options (i.e., Sprinklr actions).

• To comment on the post of your choice, click on Comment.

• A side panel opens where you can craft your response.

• Once your response is ready, you can either schedule the post, preview it, save it as a draft, or send it immediately.
