LinkedIn Video Posts - Sprinklr now provides the ability to gather insights for LinkedIn Video Posts. Using this feature, you can track the performance of the video posts on your LinkedIn page. The insights that you can monitor are video view time, video views and unique viewers. In order to view the reporting on your video posts, you need to make sure that the posts have been published from Sprinklr.
LinkedIn Carousel Ads - While composing a LinkedIn ad in the Ads Composer, you now have an option to select Carousel Post from the Post Type drop-down list. The Carousel Post option is only visible when you select Sponsored Content or Lead Generation as your Ad Objective. You can also manage LinkedIn Carousel Ads in Ads Manager, view data in Ads Reporting, publish through Quick Ads Publish, and engage from the Engagement Dashboard.
August 2017
LinkedIn Account - Accounts added prior to August 14, 2017 should be re-authenticated in Sprinklr to ensure that you and your team can continue to manage and monitor your accounts.

LinkedIn Groups - As of June 30, 2017 LinkedIn will no longer support the LinkedIn Groups API. This means you will no longer be able to access content from or share content to a LinkedIn Group through Sprinklr. Your continued use of LinkedIn Groups must be performed natively on LinkedIn’s website. This change does not affect other LinkedIn features or APIs, and your LinkedIn Group will continue to be active. You can continue to share professional content via Sprinklr to LinkedIn feed and LinkedIn Company Pages.
