In case the creative name does not exist for a creative, the Asset ID will be shown on the cover page for that creative.

The Asset ID will be a hyperlink, clicking on which will take you to the creative in Sprinklr. You can also search within the Creative Library using that Asset ID to find the creative.

If your Video preview appears black in the export file, then there is a possibility that the video got auto-played when the snapshot was taken.

Please try the export again in case you face this situation.

For Video exports, one page will hold the main video frame preview as seen in the Creative Library and another page/s will hold multiple thumbnails of that video.
