Enable External Publisher in Advocacy
Updated
External Publisher empowers Advocates with the ability to create and publish their own content directly to their connected social accounts.
Content being published through the External Publisher on the Advocacy site does not need to be pre-approved by administrators. Advocates can curate and share content directly to their social media accounts.
This enhanced capability to independently publish content allows users to leverage Advocacy as a tool for self-brand management or personal social media management.
Importance of External Publisher
Adoption – By enabling External Publisher, advocates are offered the significant value of having their own personal social media management tool, which enhances their engagement and loyalty. This increased adoption results in a higher frequency of content sharing and ultimately drives positive business outcomes for the brand.
Compliance – Admins can create rules that subject advocate posts to approval workflows based on specific keyword conditions. For example, the implementation of profanity checks can prevent potential media crises by ensuring that no advocate publishes content containing profanity on social media.
Reporting – Admins can also report on the performance of the proactive content published by Advocates using the External Publisher and compare it against the performance of pre-curated content to better define their content strategy.
