Limitations
It's important to note that Facebook Group capabilities in Sprinklr are performed on behalf of the user profile linked as the account administrator.
Facebook does not allow Brand pages to be Admins. We recommend using Sprinklr's Auto-populate Signature capability to create a distinct sign-off for messages published from your Facebook Group Account (ex: "~Bumblebee Bot @Evoltobor") if you would like to ensure that messages are distinguished as being associated with your brand.
Facebook does not offer any analytics/reporting specific to Facebook Groups.
Linking a Facebook Group in Sprinklr can only be performed by an Admin of the Group. Sprinklr does not allow Groups to be linked using only member credentials.
All your personally identifying information will be removed for all new incoming messages. Additionally, brands will no longer be able to use Sprinklr Listening to listen to public messages posted to public Groups they do not own.
