Dashboards

Yes, a user can make changes to the Dashboard created using Template and edit any widget per the requirements.

No. The dashboards will be available on both Persona App and Listening Dashboards after migration.

In the case of a huge number of dashboards in the listening dashboard section, Sprinklr can help with identifying PI dashboards and bulk migrating them to Persona App.

Yes, users can copy any of the widgets/tabs and add them to any other custom Dashboard.

Yes, filters can be added to the standard dashboards, like changing the date range, language, sources, etc.

No, there is no option to edit or add additional filters to a widget on the standard dashboard; however, a user can add the widget to another dashboard and make the changes.

Product Catalog

To bulk migrate PI dashboards, please share the details with the Success Manager.

The native star rating refers to the average star rating of a product from all review sources. Review-only star rating, as the name suggests, refers to the average star rating of the product where users wrote a review and gave a star rating.

In order to plot the native star rating dimension, choose the "Product Star Rating" option. For the review-only star rating, choose the "Star Rating" option.

In order to see the breakdown of native star ratings, plot the domain with a native star rating on a widget or click on the native star rating and choose domain from the pop-up.

In order to see the breakdown of native star ratings, plot a spline visualization with native star ratings and time range on a widget.

The numbers in the third pane are for data from the last 365 days, whereas the data on the product catalog/dashboard is from the lifetime range.

When the data is sourced from the reviews, the image URL is automatically sourced and attached to the product.

Yes, all the existing Topics/Themes will be visible on the Persona App.

A user can migrate the existing Product Insights dashboard by simply adding a tag.

  2. Click on the three dots in the right corner.

  3. Click on edit, and in the edit dashboard pop-up, add the PI_PERSONA_LISTENINGDB tag.
