What is File Manager

File Manager in Sprinklr serves as a centralized hub where organisations can store and manage all your files, including images, videos, documents, and more. It eliminates the need for disparate file storage systems, enabling the organisation to conveniently access and share files.

How to view File Manager

Step 1 – Open a new tab and search campaigns.

Step 2 – Click on the 3rd tab to open file manager. As shown in the picture below

Filters in File Manager 

Filters allow you to categorize files based on various criteria, making it easier to locate and retrieve specific files when needed. Here’s how you can use the filters :

Click on the ‘Add Filter’ button and then in ‘connector’ or ‘status’ use filter.

Status visibility in File Manager 

The status feature allows you to track the progress and visibility of files, providing better control over file usage and collaboration.

Here’s how you can change the status :

Click on 3 dots in the file row. As shown in the picture below. And change the status.
