Sprinklr allows you to follow Twitter profiles directly from the profile details pane. Using this feature, your team can follow Twitter profiles from any of your linked Twitter accounts.

Follow Profiles

1. Click the New Tab icon  and select Engagement under the Social Core Cloud.
   ​

2. To open the profile details pane, click the profile name of a Twitter user at the top of a Twitter message in a column.
   
    

3. In the details pane, below the user profile name and handle, you'll see details on the user's Tweet history and followers.

   ​

   ​​	Note: In the following and followers metrics, the number in parentheses applies specifically to your environment's accounts. These numbers represent the number of your Twitter accounts the user is following and the number of your Twitter accounts that are following the user respectively.

    

4. To follow the user, click the number in parentheses above Followers.
   
    

5. Select from your linked accounts to follow the profile. You may select multiple accounts.
   
   
   You can re-open this screen at any time by clicking the number in parentheses above Followers for Twitter profiles and Unfollow from any account you'd like to unfollow the profile.
