Compose campaigns from ads manager pivot
Click the New Tab icon Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Ads Manager Pivot within Analyze.
On the Ads Manager Pivot window, check the box alongside a Campaign, Ad Set, or Ad Variant using which you want to compose your campaign.
From the Edit panel at the bottom of the Pivot Table, click Compose Campaign. You can now continue to select multiple Campaigns, Ad Sets, and/or Ads from your Pivot Table to your selection.
Note The Compose Campaign option is not supported for entities belonging to different channels. |
4. A Compose with X Assets option will now be available in the bottom-right corner of the Pivot Table along with the count of assets added to compose. Click Compose with X Assets.
5. On the Compose Campaign window, provide the necessary details for your campaign. For more information, see Compose Campaign — Field Description.
Note You can manually deselect entities from your campaign by checking the box alongside the Ad Set(s) or Ad Variant(s) and clicking Remove Items from the bottom-left corner of the window. |
Tip If you feel like you would like to select additional entities, close the Compose Campaign window from the top-right corner and select the desired entity from the Pivot Table. Once you have selected the entity, follow steps 3 and 4 again. |
6.
7. Click the Clone icon alongside each entity to make a duplicate of the Campaign, Ad Set, or Ad.
8. Once you have provided the campaign details, click Proceed to Compose in the bottom-right corner.
A copy of each Ad Set and Ad Variant will be created. For example, if you have selected 5 Ad Sets and 2 Ad Variants, then each Ad Set will have 2 Ad Variants under that campaign.
Note Clicking Discard Changes in the bottom-right corner will close the Compose Campaign window and remove any selections made. |
9. The Edit pane will open up to the right where you can further compose your campaign.
Only the middle section of the Edit pane will open by default. You can expand this pane by clicking one of the following icons from the top of the Edit window:
Expand Campaign Structure Pane | Click to expand the pane housing the different campaign levels.
Expand Preview/Summary Pane | Click to expand the preview or summary pane of the campaign.
Minimize Edit Pane | Click to minimize the Edit pane. This will save all the changes locally and the pane will remain as it is even if you switch between tabs or change browsers. |
10. Navigate across different levels to provide the ad entity details. To access more actions, refer to View and Edit Pane Details.
11. Once you have provided the campaign details, click Review Changes in the bottom-right corner of the Edit pane.
12. On the Review Changes window, you can glance over the details of your campaign. Click Apply Changes in the bottom-right corner to publish your campaign.
Caveats
Term | Caveat |
Cross Channel Entities | Cross channel entities are not supported. All the values need to be of the same channel. |
Compose from Table | |
Supported Entities | For cross objective/ad accounts, all invalid values will be removed automatically. |
Reuse Post Channel IDs | If reusing Post Channel Id is possible, like in the case of Facebook/Twitter, it will be reused. For all other posts, the Channel Ids will be removed. Even though the Creative Id/Channel Id cannot be reused, we will still generate the creative details. |
Cross Accounts/Cross Objectives | Using Facebook cross-accounts for instance, if Page Sharing is possible, then the Channel Id will be kept. For others, where cross-accounts are not supported, the Channel Ids will be removed. The same is also applicable for cases of cross-objectives. |
