Link related cases in Care Console

Agents can manually link related cases and view all of them in a single widget, for example, when there are similar cases created by a customer on different channels or when two cases are somehow related.

To link cases

  1. The Linked Tickets widget can be added to Care Console from Care Console Builder.

  2. Click Link on the widget to link it with already existing cases.

  3. On the Link Ticket pop-up window, select the existing case(s) and click Link in the bottom right corner.
