Introduction
Topic Control in Smart FAQ Models allows you to create and assign custom tags to various content sources. By leveraging these tags, you can train your models to provide precise responses, streamline the knowledge management process and improve the accuracy of your Smart FAQ Models.
Consider the instance, in your e-commerce store, when a customer contacts you about returning a product, your conversational AI bot can quickly provide the most relevant information using topic control. You can tag all documents related to returns with a "Returns" tag. When a customer asks about returns, the chatbot will only reference documents with this tag, ignoring unrelated ones like order processing or product details. This way, the customer receives a precise and helpful answer, improving their experience and saving time.
Apply Topic Control Tags to your Content
Open your Conversational AI application by clicking on Manage.
Select ML Models and open your desired Smart FAQ model.
Under Documents, select View All to see all the documents used for your Smart FAQ model.
Click on the ellipsis (three vertical dots) and select Add Tags. You can either choose an existing tag or create a new one.
Click Save.
