This article shows you the way to setup or edit a Sprinklr Link in Bio site.

Steps to setup Sprinklr Link in Bio site

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Sprinklr Link in Bio within Engage.

2. In the Sprinklr Link in Bio window, click Create New in the top right corner.

3. In the Select Link in Bio Template window, select the desired template. The following three templates are available in Sprinklr Link in Bio:

   • Standard Template: It will showcase links or products tagged on your Instagram feed with a carousel to highlight important posts.

   • List Template: It will Redirect to multiple links without the need of connecting to the Instagram feed.

   • Hybrid Template: It will Showcase your Instagram feed along with the ability to add static links as buttons.​

4. After choosing the template, click Select in the bottom right corner of the Select Link in Bio Template window.

5. Under the Overview section in the Create Link in Bio window, fill in the details. This helps your followers find the product/links from your feed. For more information on setting up the overview section, see Link in Bio: Overview Section.

   Field	Description
   Add a Brand Logo	And a photo for the brand logo using the Media Uploader. Image should be in 1:1 ratio and min 400*400 pixel for clarity, Any image used in FB or Instagram Brand page as Logo will work on Link in Bio as well.
   Link in Bio Name	Enter the desired name for the Link in Bio.
   Link Accounts	Select the desired Instagram/TikTok account(s) from the drop-down menu. This account will have the Link in Bio sitelink in the bio.
   URL Type	Select the desired URL Type from the drop-down menu. The following options are available: Default URL Vanity URL Custom URL For more information, see Set up Custom & Vanity URLs.
   Link URL	Enter a URL for the Link in Bio. By default, the URL will automatically be set based on your Link in Bio name. You can edit the default to create a new link url. Note that this option is only available, if you have chosen the Default URL as the URL Type.
   Description	Enter a description for the Link in Bio site
   Customize Background	Add a Custom background Image to your Link in Bio Site

6. Under the Promotional or Redirect Links section in the Create Link in Bio window, fill in the required details. For more information, see the Promotional or Redirect Links Section.

7. Under Desables on, select the expiry date for the Promotional or Redirect Links. Check the Never Expires box if you want the cards or links not to expire at all.

   Note: On selecting the Standard Template in the Select Link in Bio Template window, the section is referred to as the Promotional Section in the Create Link in Bio window. Whereas, on selecting the List Template or Hybrid Template in the Select Link in Bio Template window, the section is referred to as the Redirect Links section in the Create Link in Bio window.

   

8. Next, under the Email and Social Channels section in the Create Link in Bio window, fill in the required details.

9. Next, under the Advanced Settings sections, you can toggle the following as per your requirements:

   Advanced Settings Section

   Field	Description
   Enable CTA button on Sprinklr Link in Bio	Enable or disable the toggle to add a CTA button on Sprinklr Link in Bio Site
   Button Label	Enter a title for the button.
   CTA Redirection Link	Enter a URL to redirect the shopping website link for the button.
   Show Post Type Icon	Enable or disable the toggle to show the post type icon in the top right corner of the post.
   Show Product/Link Icon	Enable or disable the toggle to show the product tag in the bottom left corner of the post.
   Privacy Policy Link	Allows to you add a custom privacy url link on you LiB Site, By default Sprinklr's Privacy Policy will be linked

10. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Create Link in Bio window.
