You can provision certain Reddit user profiles to particular Sprinklr Users to post on Subreddit. In this article, you will learn about how to map Sprinklr users with authors for Subreddit accounts.

Use Cases

• Admin will be able to map Sprinklr users with an Author for Sub-reddit accounts.

• Within the Create Post window, only the mapped Authors are seen if Sprinklr Users properly mapped with the Author for Sub-reddit accounts. Similarly, all the authors(Sprinklr Users) are visible, if Sprinklr Users are not mapped with the Author for Sub-reddit accounts.

• In the Reply Publisher window, the mapped authors are visible only for the Comments. Similarly, reply as a community is present as an option in the case of Modmail along with the mapped users.

• Note that private messages are allowed with all the Reddit users' accounts present in the workspace.

To Map Sprinklr Users with an Authors for Subreddit Accounts

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

2. In the Accounts (Settings) window, click All Channels in the top left corner of the section bar to filter the accounts by Subreddit.

3. Hover over the desired account's Options icon and select User Mapping.

4. In the User Mapping of {{account name}} pop-up window,

   1. Select the Sprinklr User from the drop-down menu.

   2. Next, select the Subreddit Users from the drop-down menu.

   3. If you wish to map more users, then click Add More.

5. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the User Mapping of {{account name}} pop-up window.
