Task Permissions

Go to Launchpad → Search → All Settings → Workspace Roles
Add the following permissions to the required role. Select All, if you would like to grant all permissions related to ‘Task’.
Type | Category | Permission | Description |
Content | Task | View | Allow users to view existing tasks. |
Content | Task | Create | Allow users to create new tasks. |
Content | Task | Edit | Allows users to edit tasks. |
Content | Task | Delete | Allow users to delete tasks. |
Content | Task | View Details | Allows users to view the detailed information on the task through the third pane. |
Content | Task | Admin | Grants user the task admin control, allowing them to edit, delete, apply macro and take other actions on the task. |
Content | Task | Clone | Allows users to clone tasks. |
Content | Task | Edit Notes | Allow users to edit the notes linked to tasks. |
