Actions Avaialble in Audience Manager

Updated

Effectively manage your audience across different advertising channels using these actions in the Audience Manager.

In the Audience Manager, there are several actions that you can take on audiences across your advertising channels and accounts, including sharing, cloning, deleting, and editing your existing audiences.

Note: The use of this feature requires that Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) be enabled in your environment. To learn more about Sprinklr Marketing (Ads), please work with your Success Manager.

To manage Audiences

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Audience Manager within Plan.

  2. On the Audience Manager window, hover over the Options icon alongside the desired audience.

  3. Select the action you wish to take from the list of options. To know more about the different options present in Audience Manager, please scroll down to the section "Audience Manager — Audience Options" (add link)

  4. You can also perform other actions to manage your audiences better. For more information, see Audience Manager — Actions (add link)

Note: You can use audience tags within Ads Manager to easily edit and tag the audiences linked to a campaign.

Tip: Hover over the desired Audience under the Name column to view a quick summary of your audience.

Facebook Expiring Audience

  • Any Custom Audience, Lookalike Audience, or Saved Audience that has not been used in any active Ad Set in over two years will be flagged as an Expiring Audience. Facebook will then schedule this audience for deletion 90 days after being marked as an expiring audience.

  • You can check if an audience is expiring in the Audience Status column.

  • Sprinklr will not proactively delete audiences. Advertisers should plan to use these in an active Ad Set to prevent the audience from being deleted. Once an audience is deleted, advertisers will not be able to reactivate the audience.
