Add LinkedIn Company Account In Sprinklr

A LinkedIn Company Account allows you to represent your organization on LinkedIn. These pages can help LinkedIn members learn about your business, brand, products and services, and job opportunities. In this article, you will learn about how to add a LinkedIn company account in Sprinklr.

Note:

  • Any LinkedIn Company page will be treated as a company page within Sprinklr. 

  • A social account can only be added to a single Workspace. To add the same account in different workspaces, admins are required to share that social account with other workspaces. For more information, see Sharing an Account

Note: The LinkedIn Company account added must have a Page role of only a Super Admin to add an account within Sprinklr, otherwise the page won’t be visible during account addition. This permission needs to be enabled in native by any page admin before adding the page.

The LinkedIn company account addition will be based on the OAuth method.

  • Ensure that the page you want to add into Sprinklr is connected to your LinkedIn account.

  • Ensure that you are logged into the same account you want to add to Sprinklr.

Steps to Add LinkedIn Company Account In Sprinklr

  1. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

  2. In the Accounts window, click Add Account in the top right corner and select LinkedIn Company.

  3. Click Go to LinkedIn in the popup window to authorize Sprinklr on LinkedIn. 

  4. In the Select the accounts you want to add pop-up window, select the Page(s) you wish to add, and click Add in the bottom right corner.

    Note:

    • If you have gotten access for a page very recently on your profile after the Last Synced time, or you are finding any page missing in the list, click Resync button to fetch the latest list of Pages associated to your LinkedIn account.

    • If you are not able to find the page you are looking for, please check if the page exists on your native account.

  5. Set up your Account Details and permission in the Update Account window.

    1. Edit basic details of your account in Account Details, including changing the name of the account as it appears in Sprinklr, changing the Sprinklr User who is the owner of the account, creating a custom character count (which will apply to replies sent in Sprinklr), a default URL shortener, and an auto-populated signature to appear in replies sent from Sprinklr. 

    2. Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions. 

    3. Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment. 

    4. Under Subscribers, select Users or User Groups to subscribe them to account notifications. 

    5. Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate to the account if desired. 

    6. Under Properties, set any account properties as needed. 

  6. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

    Note: You can find an error screen that pops-up while adding LinkedIn Company Page to Sprinklr which clearly informs you if there are no accounts linked to their profile or if they lack sufficient access to any associated pages or groups.
