Sprinklr allows you to play videos in grid view directly from the thumbnails without having to go into “View Details” in the Asset Manager. The videos will play as pop-ups like in engagement dashboards.

Steps to Play Video Directly from Grid View in Asset Manager

1. Click the New tab icon and select Assets under Sprinklr Social.

   

2. In the Asset Management window, single-click the video thumbnail to play it instantly.

   The video will play as a popup.
