Integrating Google Drive with Sprinklr

Updated

By integrating your Google Drive with Sprinklr, you can upload assets like documents, presentations, excel files, image, videos, and more, directly from your Google account to your Projects, Tasks, Campaigns, Sub-campaigns, Messages and Requests. To do this, you will need to authenticate your Google ID with Sprinklr.

When uploading an attachment to a Campaign, Sub-campaign, Message or Request, select the GDrive option from the media uploader.

If you don't already have a Google account authenticated with Sprinklr, click Authenticate Google Drive to do so. You may need approval from your IT team before you can authenticate.

Once your Google account is authenticated, you can attach files from Google Drive as reference links by navigating through the Google Drive folders or libraries. These attachments are NOT migrated to Sprinklr. Instead, a reference is created. To honor Google Drive's file-sharing governance, Sprinklr does not generate previews for files uploaded through GDrive. Users can click through to access the files natively.

When uploading files to Projects and Tasks in Project Management, you can choose to directly upload assets from GDrive from the Task Overlay, Task Sheet, Kanban Card or the Files Column in the Task Sheet.
