Profile Management (Distributed) - Track and Monitor Business Profiles of Distributed Users
Updated
With the 'Profile Management' feature, brands can not only see how their users are managing their profiles, but also approve the changes they are making. This feature helps brands monitor if their employees or social media executives are sharing content that complies with the brands' values and reputation through their business social handles. Brand admins, especially in the FinServ industry, want to keep a check on the profile changes Distributed users are making in their accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook profile, GMB). With the use of 'Profile Management' they can approve/reject these changes.
| Note The 'Profile Management' feature comes with limited availability. To get this enabled for your account, get in touch with your Success Manager. |
There are two ways in which a user may update their profile -
Through Sprinklr Distributed - There are profile changes that the user can make through the Sprinklr platform itself. For such changes, we create a workflow engine process to create approval task and send these changes to channel once the admin approves them.
Natively - For changes that are made natively, an Audience Update rule is created and the above workflow is triggered.
To Set Up Profile Management
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.
