Add a Distributed User

Updated

Distributed is a Sprinklr lite version, for someone whose focus is not related or limited to social media marketing. It is just the right solution for your business if it requires a compliant method of distributed local content.

Sprinklr allows users to distribute user capabilities to one or multiple sub-users or a team that can use Sprinklr on behalf of the brand. This enables a user or a brand to delegate responsibilities, and manage activities in a smarter way. This article tells you how you can add a Distributed User.

To Add a Distributed User

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click Users within Platform Setup.

Restrict user creation for Distributed users outside your preferred domains

You can restrict the domains from which users can be added by a Distributed user. With the help of Support, you can create a list of domains from which users can be added. Distributed users will not be able to add users that are not under those domains.

When the distributed user will try to add a user, thry would be asked to enter email addresses. If the email is under a domain that is not included in the list of domains that you have shared with the Support Team, the Distributed user will not be bale to add that email address as a user.

When the distributed users try to add a user from a domain not preferred by you, they will see the following error notification.
