Add TikTok Business accounts to your profile and interact with them. As a Distributed User, you can add TikTok Business accounts to your profile in a seamless manner. You can reach out to them or reply to their queries via Sprinklr. Interacting with customers enables users to establish significantly effective communication that helps in closing deals, clarifying issues, pitching offfers, etc.

To add a TikTok Business account in Distributed

1. Log in to your Distributed account.

2. Click the Profile icon in the bottom left corner.

3. Click Settings in the popup window.

   

4. Click Accounts.

5. Click Add Account corresponding to the profile you select.

   

6. Enter your TikTok Business login details and log in.

7. Click Get Started in the bottom right corner.

8. Click Continue in the bottom right corner.

9. Select your TikTok account and click Continue in the bottom right corner.

10. In the Verify Your TikTok Business number window, select or enter your TikTok Business number, select the verification method by checking Text Message or Voice Call.

11. Click Continue in the bottom right corner.

12. Enter the 6-digit verfication code in the given field, and click Verify.

13. In the You're Ready to Chat with TikTok Users window, click OK in the bottom right corner.
