Mostly all accounts can be added to Sprinklr with username and password only. However, for every account, the user will need to authenticate via the specific social channels.

To Add an Account on Sprinklr Distributed

1. Log in to the Distributed environment.

2. Click Profile icon in the navigation bar. Select Settings.
   

3. Click Accounts.
   

4. Click Add Account next to the social channel that you would like to add an account for.
   

5. The social channel login window opens. Enter username and password.
   If you try to add an Instagram account, make sure that it is a business account. After you click Add Account, a pop up will appear, so that you can verify your Instagram business account. Enter the Instagram Handle and click Check in the bottom right corner.
