Remove A Social Account (Distributed User)

Sprinklr users can delete social accounts from the Distributed platform, but this option is available only for the owned accounts and not shared accounts. The user can delete owned accounts but not shared accounts.
To Remove A Social Account
- Log in to the Distributed environment.
- Click Profile & Settings at the bottom of the Menu bar to the left. Select Settings.
- Select the Accounts tab.
- Move to the account to be deleted. Hover over the Options
icon.
- Click Delete account.
