Add a Haptik Account

Haptik is an Intelligent Virtual Assistant solution that enhances customer experience and drives ROI for different brands. By adding your Haptik account directly into the platform, you can extend your brand's audience and engage with even more users from a single, unified platform. Once Haptik has been enabled in your environment, you can add your Haptik on Sprinklr just like other accounts. 

Before You Begin

Ensure that you have Client Name and Client Id of a supported Haptik account. 

Note

  • Client Name is a reference field for identification of Haptik account in Sprinklr.

  • You will get the information related Client ID from Haptik. 

To Add a Haptik Account

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

  2. In the Accounts (Settings) window, click Add Account in the top right corner. 

  3. In the Add Account window, search and select Haptik from the list of channels.Selecting Haptik from the list of channels

  4. In the Add Haptik Account window, enter the Client Name and Client ID for your new account. Entering the Client Name and Client ID for your new account

  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner to add the account details. Next, you'll be able to edit your account details and permission the account.

  6. On the Update Account window, Updating Haptik Account Details

    • Edit basic details of your account in Account Details, including changing the name of the account as it appears in Sprinklr, changing the Sprinklr User who is the owner of the account, creating a custom character count (which will apply to replies sent in Sprinklr), a default URL shortener, and an auto-populated signature to appear in replies sent from Sprinklr.

    • Under Groups to include Account in, select if you'd like to add the Haptik account to any Account Groups.

    • Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions.

    • Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment.

    • Under Subscribers, select Users or User Groups to subscribe them to receive account notifications.

    • Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate with the account if desired.

    • Under Properties, set any account properties as needed.

  7. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
