Difference between end call and Hangup node

Hang Up

  

This node ends the call for caller, but IVR is still ongoing and actions like sending surveys, email etc can be executed after hangup node. In case if IVR is used for Conference, then using hang-up node will end the conference call with IVR, while agent and caller remain on call.  

 

End Connection

  

This is the last and final node for every branch of the IVR. This terminates the interaction between the customer and the user / Sprinklr IVR. No action can be taken once this node is executed on that path. In case of IVR Transfer – connect back, if end connection is used, then IVR is completed, and call is connected back to Agent.
