In the Smart Audience Engine, Data Collection allows you to link customer data sources like websites, mobile apps, email services, eCommerce engines, and more to Sprinklr quickly and easily. You can configure connector settings like API rate limiting, access rights, and more.

To Navigate to Data Collection

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Governance Console, click Data Collection within Integrations.

2. On the Data Collection window, you can view all the created data collections with installed connectors.

#	Term	Description
1	Enabled/Disabled Filter	Using the filters at the top of the Data Collection screen, you can change your view to see all installed connectors or to view only enabled or only disabled connectors
2	Install Connector	Hover over the Install Connector button on the top right corner to select a connector to install.
3	Options Icon	Hover over the options icon  to see the actions available to take on any installed connector.
4	Enable or Disable Connector	Slide the toggle icon  to enable/disable your installed connector.
5	Connector	In Data Collection, you will see information on each installed connector. The connector column will show the icon and type of connector.

To Install Connector for Data Collection

1. On the Data Collection window, click Install Connector in the top right corner. Select your desired connector from the dropdown. For more details, see Supported Connectors.

2. On the Install popup window, fill the mandatory fields: Account Name, Client Id, Client Secret, and URL. In case you selected Marketo as Connector, follow the steps in this link to generate a Client ID and Client Secret.

3. Fill in other optional information if desired.

4. Click Add to install.
