You can fetch approved assets from Aprimo through Sprinklr’s Asset Manager. This integration creates an enhanced workflow for users needing to locate content, manage assets by teams or region, and ensure proper tracking and reporting. Going forward, you can access the curated approved assets from Aprimo in real-time thereby providing the latest content with necessary details like campaign, expiration date, and more. Also, the integration ensures that any updates made to an asset’s metadata/tags are reflected in Sprinklr.

To Access Aprimo DAM Assets using Asset Manager

Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.
On the Digital Asset Management window, click Add Asset In the top right corner and choose the Asset Type as either an Image or a Video from the drop-down menu.
On the Media Uploader window, select the Aprimo DAM tab at the top of the Media Uploader and click Open Aprimo DAM.
Next, you will be redirected to the Aprimo DAM site. Enter the Username and Password to log in.
Choose the desired assets and click USE THESE ASSETS in the bottom right corner.
All the selected assets will now be imported into Sprinklr. In the Media Uploader window, click Add in the bottom right corner.

Next, enter the details of the asset in the Create New Asset window and click Save in the bottom right corner of the window.

Tip

Meta Data is imported with the assets to Sprinklr custom fields.

To Access Aprimo DAM Assets using Quick Publish

Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Quick Publish within Engage.
In the Create Post window, search and select the required account in the Select Accounts field.
Once you have selected the account you would like to publish to, enter the content for the post in the Message box.
Click Photo or Video to add an Aprimo DAM Assets using the Media Uploader.
On the Media Uploader pop-up window, select the Aprimo DAM tab at the top of the Media Uploader and click Open Aprimo DAM.
The remaining steps are similar to STEP 4 as mentioned in the To Access Aprimo DAM Assets using Asset Manager.
Next, enter the additional required information in the Create Post window and click Post in the bottom right corner to publish your post.
