Connect with Tableau

Updated

You can add Sprinklr as a data source in Tableau to create data visualization reports. Sprinklr's built-in data connector will allow you to access out-of-the-box dashboards powered by Sprinklr to gain insights from across your brand’s social accounts to understand the full impact of your global campaigns, including reach, top content, and sentiment. The selected Sprinklr reporting dimensions and metrics are available. These reports can be securely shared with others in your organization or publicly.

This article describes how to connect Tableau to Sprinklr reporting data and set up a data source.

To learn more about getting this capability enabled in your environment, please work with your Success Manager.

Tableau Walkthrough

How is Tableau different from other BI tools out there?

  • You can organize your data systems by file formats, relational and non-relational data systems, and cloud systems.

  • It simplifies combining all your data sources to create a visual representation of your data, also known as data blending.

  • While this data visualization tool offers numerous formats, including desktop, online, and server, this data visualization tool is meant to be used on a desktop computer.

  • It is also difficult to share your data with external clients. Tableau makes it easy to share your data within your company, but it is challenging to share it with your clients.

  • Tableau is a better choice for midsize to large enterprises and agencies that desire a greater degree of customization in their reporting, which tends to be more complex.
