Data ingested from Social Channels and Platforms in Sprinklr can be archived to Enterprise Information Archiving Tools so that brands can have a Data repository for Governance and Compliance use cases. The Data remains secure in the necessary WORM-compliant systems. 

This ingested data can be converted into an Email format with appropriate Metadata fields and pushed to the destination system via a real-time webhook mechanism.

How to enable Email archival via Webhook Subscription:

You are required to reach out to the Tech services or Product team to get the backend setup and configurations done for this use case, which includes setting up the email templates as per the brand use case and the archival destinations servers, followed by setting up webhooks in your environment as per the use case
