Use Cases

  1. Real-time transfer of data helps maintain a record of the original as well as the edited form of the thread.

  2. All digital activity is stored for compliance reasons in the form of emails in Global Relay.

  3. A daily manifest listing of all the emails sent in a day helps increase governance over activity.

To Create Webhook Subscription

You are required to configure a webhook to send a case to Global Relay in real time.

To View Incoming Messages

Once the customer sends a public or private message to the Brand, the message is then pulled into Sprinklr and is sent to Global Relay in real-time without losing any data in the transit. Message in Sprinklr is sent to Global Relay in the form of an email. This email format can be configured according to the use-case of the brand.
