Overview

Sprinklr allows you to create a URL shortener, then create a rule in Publishing that would add the selected shortener when the conditions identified in the rule are met. This shortener is added by default in the publishing window, if conditions are the same as the conditions set in the rule.

To Set URL Shortener as a Part of Publishing Rule:

1. On the main menu, click Administration and then click Rule Engine.
2. Click the bit.ly rule.
3. Click Create New Rule or edit a rule.
4. Select a condition to which you want to set a particular URL shortener.
5. Select the Action as the bit.ly URL shortener.
6. Click Save or Update.
