The Sprinklr - Eloqua connector provides a seamless way to synchronize and exchange profile data between the two systems in a bi-directional manner. With this integration, you can effectively manage and enhance the information of your prospects, leads, and customers from various digital channels within your Eloqua instance. 

By enabling the bi-directional sync of profile information, you can ensure that updates made in either Sprinklr or Eloqua are reflected accurately in both systems. This synchronization extends beyond basic profile data and includes the exchange of tags and metadata, allowing you to maintain compliance with your brand guidelines.

For example, if a user provides or withdraws their consent on either platform, this information can be shared and marked accordingly for marketing outreach. This ensures that your brand remains in line with data privacy regulations and respects user preferences. 

Additionally, Sprinklr's AI capabilities play a role in identifying and surfacing profiles on digital channels as leads or inquiries. These identified profiles can then be seamlessly pushed to Eloqua using the Sprinklr - Eloqua connector. 

NOTE: Email ID is a mandatory field for the Data Sync in Eloqua

Sprinklr Marketplace App Flow

1. Access the Sprinklr Marketplace and locate the Eloqua App.

2. Click on Install and add your Eloqua Credentials

3. Once your Credetials are added, you can view the application in the Installed Apps sections. You can view the App and User Details Page.

4. Once the Backend setup is complete and the User credentials have been added, you can access the Sync Configuration settings to add the Field mapping from Sprinklr to Eloqua and Vice versa along with the Filter details and conditions.

5. You can also manage visibility of this app with the Manage visbility section

6. Once all the changes are done you can SAVE the app and start testing the Profile sync from one System to another.
