Integrating Sprinklr Advocacy with Microsoft Apps

How to Integrate Advocacy with Microsoft Apps
Below are the pre-requisites and steps to integrate Advocacy with Microsoft Apps.
Pre-requisites
1. Microsoft 365 Tenant with Teams Enabled
2. Admin Access to Install Third-Party Apps
3. Active Sprinklr Advocacy License: Please note that you must have a Sprinklr Advocacy paid license to use this app. If you are currently not a Sprinklr Advocacy customer, please navigate to https://www.sprinklr.com/demo to get a demo of the product. To enable this integration, please reach out to your Sprinklr Success Manager.
Step 1: Raise a Support Ticket to Install the Advocacy App
To integrate Sprinklr Advocacy with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or M365, an admin must submit a support ticket to tickets@sprinklr.com with the following details:
1. Advocacy Site URL
2. Teams Tenant ID
Once enabled, your Advocacy instance will be mapped to your Microsoft tenant for seamless access.
Step 2: Whitelist URLs in the Admin Console
Access the Admin Console
1. Navigate to the Sprinklr Social tab and click Admin Console under Engage.
2. Locate your Advocacy Community and select View Sites.
3. Hover over the desired site and click Build Site.
4. Navigate to the Overview tab.
Whitelist Origins
To enable integration, whitelist the following URLs within:
1. "Whitelisted Origin(s) for site embed" field:

2. Add Advocacy Site URL, https://advocacy-proxy-prod.sprinklr.com within all the whitelisted origin fields: i.e., “Whitelisted Origin(s) for site embed”, “Whitelisted Origins" and “Whitelisted Redirect URL(s)”:
3. Save and Publish
Once changes are made, click Save and Publish. It may take up to 2 hours for changes to reflect in Microsoft Teams.
Step 3: Install the Sprinklr Advocacy App in Microsoft Apps
1. Visit Microsoft AppSource and search for “Sprinklr - Advocacy”.
