Broadcast Advocacy Posts to Webex

Webex Advocacy Notifier Integration 

Introducing integration of WebEx with Sprinklr Advocacy. Admins now can broadcast posts across WebEx, directly engaging employees within their specific groups. It will give employees the freedom to engage on the contents from WebEx environment. By enabling simultaneous broadcasts to a WebEx room and other channels, you can amplify content reach and engagement.  

Step1: Getting started with Adding Webex Accounts 

  1. Raise a support ticket to enable the DP for adding WebEx as an account within the social accounts in the Sprinklr environment 

  2. Click Owned Social Accounts under Platform Modules

  3. Select WebEx from the Channels dropdown to see the already connected accounts.

  4. If a new account has to be added, click Add Account in the top right corner of the site and search for Webex

  5. Add the details and login into the WebEx platform, and your WebEx account will get added. 

Step2: Adding Webex accounts for broadcasting through advocacy site 

  1. Raise a support ticket specifying the name of the WebEx account added in the first step to get it enabled within broadcasting accounts options in the Advocacy site.

     

Step3: Add roles and permissions from admin console 

  1. Within Admin Console, click the Options icon on a particular site and find Roles and Permissions.

  2. Select the role to which broadcasting permissions must be given and click on “Broadcast on WebEx” to enable this permission.

  

Step4: Find Account in the broadcasting post window 

Under the Select Accounts field, choose the desired account(s) from the drop-down menu. Note that the accounts in the Broadcast Post window are the name of the WebEx rooms available for you to broadcast your post. 

  1. Select the room in which you need to broadcast. 

  2. Under the Enter Title field, you are required to enter a title for the post. 

  3.  Under the Enter Message field, you can update the message as per your requirements.  

  4. Click Broadcast in the bottom right corner of the Broadcast Post window.
