Setting Up Notifications Preferences

Sprinklr supports the option to receive email notifications from Sprinklr in batches, rather than individually. This feature can be used to group email notifications together based on individual user preferences. Members of your team can set the time periods in which they wish to receive email notifications, choose the maximum number of emails they will receive within that time period, and set exclusions for specific notification types that they do not want to be batched. This feature can help teams who are likely to receive many notifications and want to cut back on the number of emails they receive while still ensuring that no important notifications are missed.
To Set Group Email Preferences
- Click the Notifications icon in the top right of the navigation bar.
- On the Notifications pane, click Manage your notifications icon in the top right corner.
- On the Notification Preferences tab, click Group Email Settings in the top right corner.
- On the Group Email Settings pop-up window, fill in the required details. For more information, see Group Email Preferences — Field Descriptions.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Group Email Settings pop-up window to set your Group Email preferences.
Group Email Preferences — Field Descriptions

| Receive Emails on | Select the days of the weeks that you'd prefer to receive email notifications. |
| Emails Between | Select the time in a day that you'd prefer to receive email notifications. |
| Frequency of emails ( per event type in set period) |
Select a maximum number of email notifications to receive during the above selected time period. The maximum number of emails set here will determine the batching of emails. For example, you set 5 as the maximum number of notification emails to receive, and you receive 50 notifications, the emails will be batched into groups of 10 notifications per email. |
| Receive an E-Mail if the number of notifications exceeds | You can set a maximum number of notifications that, if exceeded, will trigger an alert. |
| Exclude group emails for events | If you wish to exclude any particular notification type from your Group Email settings, you can select a notification type in the Exclude from Group emails drop-down menu for events field. Any notification type entered in this field will trigger notifications per your preferences. |
