About the Content Strategy Tab

You can view the Content Strategy associated with the Campaign, from the Campaign details window.

The Content Strategy tab of a Campaign compiles and organizes the Messages and Assets that make up a campaign’s content strategy in one comprehensive overview. Here, you can see the visual and contextual inspiration and guidelines that make up the strategy of a campaign. Adding elementso a campaign’s content strategy is completely customizable, allowing you to configure the right strategy behind any campaign.

1. Adding Messages and Asset

 

In the Content Strategy section, you can add one or more Messages or Assets by clicking the + Add Message button or the + Add Message/Asset buttons. You can also filter in only Messages or Assets from the Visibility option available in the top-right corner of the Content Strategy screen.

2. Categorizing Messages and Asset

Once you have added the messages and assets, you can group them by the following, by selecting the Group by option from the top-right corner of the Content Strategy screen.

  • Custom Fields of Outbound Messages

  • Persona

  • Theme

  • Customer Journey Stage

  • Outbound Message Properties
