From the Campaign details window, you can view the Smart Compliance guidelines associated with the Campaign.
About Smart Compliance
With AI-Powered Smart Compliance in Campaigns, you can ensure that your content is compliant with your brand’s content strategy and creative guidelines.
As a Marketing Manager, you can define content strategy, brand, and creative guidelines for campaigns. This enables the AI to check whether the outbound messages that are tagged with the campaign are compliant based on the guidelines configured using smart compliance.
As a Content Creator, you can see recommended phrases for text in a message to make it more compliant with the set guidelines.
As a Content Creator, you can also get a compliance score generated for your content with detailed validations against the smart compliance guidelines, to analyze and further improve the content to ensure brand compliance

To navigate to Smart Compliance
Follow the below steps to set guidelines for smart compliance:
Go to Campaigns, and select Open Campaign from the Options icon alongside your desired campaign.
On Campaign details window, select Smart Compliance from the left navigation bar.
In the left pane of the Smart Compliance tab, you can see Content Strategy Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, and Creative Guidelines. For more information, see Smart Compliance Tab — Field Descriptions.
In the middle pane of the tab, you can set guidelines for Smart Compliance and plan your Content Strategy.
In the right pane of the tab, the Smart Compliance guidelines Summary will appear.
