Messages in Production Dashboards

Streamline your content production process with ease by managing messages using our Production Dashboards. These dashboards offer a variety of features such as refresh, filter, sort, and group-by capabilities that allow you to easily access, view, and manage your messages. You can access the All Messages dashboard from the Production Overview standard dashboard.


Let’s take a look into some of the standard columns for Messages in the List view: 

Term

Description

Message Name

The name of the Outbound Message.

Content

The content of the Message.

Campaign

The Associated Campaign of the Message.

Sub-Campaign

The Associated Sub-Campaign of the Message.

Account 

The account from which the Message is published/scheduled/drafted.

Template

The Message Template selected.

Scheduled Time

The exact time scheduled for the message.

Created By

The Author of the message.

Account Type

The Channel Account Type used for publishing.

Actions on Messages:

Here are the actions you can take on a specific Message from the dashboard:

Select to edit the message.

Preview

Select to view the mobile and desktop preview of the message. 

Schedule Action

Select to schedule an action on that message for later.

Republish

Select to republish a published message.

Open in Publisher

Select to open the message in the Publisher.

Boost Post

Select to boost an organic post.

Export Message

Select to export the message in the desired format.

Suggest

Select to suggest edits in the message.

Initiate Workflow

Select to initiate workflow on the message.

Favorite

Select to mark this message as favorite.

Create Message Variant

Select to create a variant of the message

Create Localized Copies

Select to create translated copies of the message.
