This feature enables you to efficiently manage IVR prompts by allowing bulk export and import operations. You can export prompts from selected IVRs into a spreadsheet for easy verification and a comprehensive overview. The exported sheet can then be used to update multiple prompts for different languages simultaneously by adding new prompts and re-importing the sheet. This streamlined process reduces manual effort and errors, ensuring consistency across all IVRs.

Bulk Update of IVR Prompts

1. On the IVR Flows window, hover over the Options icon next to the desired IVR and select Export IVR.

   

   You can also select multiple IVRs and choose Export IVR from the available options.

   

2. Once the file is processed, you will receive a platform notification to download the file.

   

3. Make the desired changes to the Prompt column. Audio prompts can be updated by providing new audio file paths.

   

4. On the IVR Flows window, click Import IVR(s) in the top right corner to upload the file(s) back to the system.

   

5. Once processed, the changes will begin reflecting in the respective IVRs, ensuring prompt updates are applied accurately across the system.
