Add a Kakaotalk Business Account in Sprinklr

Sprinklr has partnered with Infobank to enable the addition of KakaoTalk accounts. Before you can add your KakaoTalk account to Sprinklr, you must sign up with Infobank.
Once you have signed up with Infobank and received your PlusFriend ID and API key, you can proceed with the following steps to add your KakaoTalk account in Sprinklr.
Note:
Signing up with Infobank is a necessary step to add your KakaoTalk account in Sprinklr.
After you sign up with Infobank, you will receive your PlusFriend ID and API key from Infobank.
Signing up with Infobank is not facilitated by Sprinklr.
Steps to Add Your KakaoTalk Account in Sprinklr
In the Sprinklr search bar, type “Owned Social Account” and select it.
Click on “Add Account” and select “KakaoTalk” as the account type.
Enter the display name for your KakaoTalk account, your Plusfriend id and API key.
Click Save to save your Kakaotalk account.
