TikTok Business capabilities and limitations

Engagement capabilities

Publishing capabilities
The table below specifies if the mentioned capability is available in Sprinklr or is restricted by Channel APIs (API Limitation) for both Sprinklr Space and Sprinklr Mobile application. Video Media attachment is compulsory for a TikTok Post.
Note: To promote authentic sharing and avoid spamming, TikTok limits the API video publishing to 2 videos per minute with an upper limit of 20 video posts per day.

Limitations
Brands can only publish original videos to TikTok in Sprinklr (creatives finalized prior to publishing).
The ability to choose sounds/effects/etc., is a TikTok API limitation currently.
Users cannot add a TikTok Personal account.
Users cannot send Messages to TikTok Users/Fans.
Users cannot add Custom Thumbnail to a TikTok video post.
Users cannot Delete/Edit a Published Post.
Adding Custom Text/Stickers to TikTok Videos is an API Limitation.
Fetching Photo Comments is an API Limitation.
Sentiment analysis and other enrichment of data using Sprinklr AI is currently not permitted by the official TikTok Comment Moderation API as well as other APIs. Filtering spam and other offensive comments or filtering by keywords (native feature) is not available.
The maximum video duration is 600 secs for publishing on TikTok.
Character limit for caption in a post is 2200 characters.
Only videos can be added as a media attachment in a post.
Tagging another TikTok Business user is not possible via Sprinklr due to API Limitation currently, but one can @mention the user in the caption by mentioning their exact username as @username. It will appear as the text on the preview but post publishing it will link to their account.
Direct messages cannot be fetched for owned TikTok Business accounts. This API is only for owned, organic comment moderation and engagement.
Comments on a livestream cannot be fetched through Sprinklr.
Broadcasters cannot assign 'Live moderators' (native feature) to help them manage their streams through Sprinklr. The Live Moderators feature enables brands to add in other users who can then manage their comments and commenting functions during a stream.
Keyword filters for live-stream comments (native feature) cannot be created through Sprinklr.
TikTok Video Saves is not available from the API.
Listening is still not available for TikTok owing to its policies - You can only report on owned organic content for now.
