How can agents raise leave requests and view the leave policy

In Sprinklr's WFM system, an agent can raise leave requests quite efficiently.
To raise a leave request, the agent can navigate to My Schedule page on the Workforce Planner Persona dashboard.
Step 1: click on the ‘+’ icon in Time Off Requests widget to open the Leave Request form.
On the time off requests page, the agent is can view the following two widgets:
One is the time off request widget that is used to fill in details of the leaves
Second is the time off balances (hours) accrued till date widget that provides insights to the agent for the remaining leave balance across each leave type.
Step 2: On the Time-off request widget, the agent can enter the following details to raise a leave:
Select the time off policy from the drop-down to choose the type of leave
Enter the duration for which the corresponding leave is being selected, the agent can select the dates from the calendar view. Time off can be requested for a day, days, weeks, or even for an hour.
Mention the reason for the leave (optional)
Please note that Multiple Leave Requests can be selected in one instance by just click on Add Request button on the same widget.
Step 3: Click on the Request button on the bottom right side of the page to send the corresponding leave request to the supervisor for review. Until the request is reviewed, it will be displayed on the agent schedule page in Pending status.
