How can agents update their leave request

Once an agent has raised a leave request that is sent to the supervisor to review, the agent can still update the request in case of change of plan or to meet business needs. Read more about how to raise a leave request here:

Step 1: Navigate to the My Schedule page, on the Time Off Request widget, click on the Show All button to expand into the time-off pane.

Step 2: This pane will provide the agent with three different widgets giving insights on the leave policy, upcoming paid holiday and the time-off requests. Scroll down to the time-off widget on the pane to update a raised leave request.

Step 3: Click on the three dot button next to the request that needs to be updated.

Please note that only a status pending or status rejected leave request can be edited or deleted.

While an approved leave request can only be deleted.

The agent can edit a pending/rejected leave request to change the time off policy or duration and send the request again for approval.

Or the agent can also delete any leave request by clicking on submit in the confirmation box.

Once the updates are made, it will be start reflecting on the time-off widget on my schedule page.
