Prerequisites for Viewing the Leave Calendar:
Sprinklr WFM should be enabled for the environment and your user should have access to Workforce Planner Persona along with All Users Accessible permission under the time off management section in the workforce management module.
View the Leave Calendar:
Supervisors seamlessly manage their team's time-offs through the Leave Management module by navigating from their persona, offering an intuitive interface for comprehensive oversight. They gain flexibility with the option to filter between their direct reports or view leaves for all agents across the organization.
Additionally, a convenient month selector at the top middle allows them to navigate effortlessly through different months, providing a holistic view of agent's leave applications and facilitating informed decision-making in workforce planning.
The calendar visually represents agents' leave statuses with color-coded clarity. Approved time-off requests are denoted in grey, time-off requests Pending supervisor Review in yellow and Rejected time-offs in reddish-pink. The system further offers detailed information of each time-off request including selected policy, date and time details, duration and provided reasons, accessible through a hover-over feature.
This robust functionality empowers supervisors to efficiently manage workforce planning, allocate resources effectively, and ensure continuous operational stability.
