Ques 1. What all Moat metrics will be available in Sprinklr after the integration?

• The metrics that will be available in Ads Reporting will be customized based on a specific partner’s MOAT setup. For the list of supported metrics, see MOAT Reporting Metrics. Each MOAT tile has its own set of supported metrics.

Ques 2. What all visualizations/widget types are supported/not supported for moat metrics?

• For widgets like the Counter widget type where you only need to use metrics, you can use any MOAT metrics to view reporting.

• The Ad Post dimension is not supported with the MOAT metrics. Hence, you cannot create any MOAT widgets that need to have the Ad Post dimension in Ads Reporting.

Ques 3.Any Reports/Breakdown for which Moat is not Supported?

MOAT metrics are not supported with the following report types:-

• Hourly Breakdown (Dimension: Time of Day (Ad Account Time Zone) etc.

• Breakdown Reporting, for example - Channel, Age, Region breakdown.

Ques 4. Any Specific Dimension to be used in the Widget along with Moat Metrics?

• While creating widgets using dimensions in it, make sure to use either one of the following dimensions is present within the widget -Paid Initiative,Ad Set,Ad Variant,Ad Account
