While sending text messages to your customers on LINE, you can add quick reply buttons. The buttons appear at the bottom of the chat screen. The recipient just has to tap one of the buttons to reply. 

Quick Reply Types 

The following actions are available only for the quick reply feature. You cannot use these actions with the other message types on Line.

• Open Camera 

• Open Camera Roll

• Share Location 

In addition to the actions above, the following actions that are common to the other message types are also available for quick replies for text messages on LINE. 

• Postback Event 

• Send Message 

• Open URL

• Create Date Picker

To Create a LINE Template Message in Asset Manager

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.

2. In the top right corner of the Asset Management window, click the Add Asset dropdown and select Omni Chat Templates from the dropdown.

3. In the Create New Asset window, enter a Name and optional Description for your asset under the Basic Details section.

4. Under the Asset Specific section, select Quick Reply as the Template Type from the dropdown menu and LINE from the Channel dropdown.

5. Under Asset Details, select Campaigns, Sub Campaigns, Status, Available from, Visible from, Expires on, Tags, Restricted, Brands, Persona, Customer Journey Stage, Automated Tags, and Information. 

6. Under Asset Sharing, select the Workspaces and Users/Users Groups you want to share your asset with. Check the Visible in all workspaces box to make it visible in all workspaces.

7. Next, apply the desired Properties to the asset.

8. Click Save in the bottom right corner to create the template.  

LINE Quick Replies — Field Descriptions

Terms	Description
Name	Enter the title for the Button element.
Description	Enter the description for the template.
Upload Icon	Click the Image Uploader icon  and select the desired image from DAM, or Media Valet or Upload a new image.
Action
Label	Enter a label for the default action.
Action	Select the desired action from the drop-down menu.

Create Date Picker
Label	Enter a label for the default action.
Action	Select Create Date Picker
Mode	Select Date or Date and Time.
Start Time	Select the start time.
End Time	Select the end time.

Open URL
Label	Enter a label for the default action.
Action	Select Open Url
URl	Enter the Url.

Postback Event
Label	Enter a label for the action.
Action	Select Postback Event from the dropdown.
Display Text	Enter Display Text.

Send Message
Label	Enter a label for the action.
Action	Select Send Message from the dropdown.
Message	Enter the message text.

Open Camera
Label	Enter a label for the action.
Action	Select Open Camera from the dropdown.

Open Camera Roll
Label	Enter a label for the action.
Action	Select Open Camera Roll from the dropdown.

Share Location
Label	Enter a label for the action.
Action	Select Share Location from the dropdown.
