Filling Screener Questionnaire

Updated

Advocacy 'Screener' broadly refers to a list of questions that advocates answer when they log in for the very first time. Details advocates are usually asked for include First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Department, Language, Location, and Content Preference. Answers to these questions capture user information that is crucial for several reasons, including but not limited to governance, content relevance, and reporting.

Filling up screener questions and their importance

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Work Email

Helps create a common identification criterion for every advocate and allows the admin to send emails/posts to advocates that are personalized with their name and/or other identifiers. Advocates can even upload/ change the profile photo for his advocacy persona.

Department/Role/Location

Language

Allows the admin to curate the content feed so advocates have visibility into highly relevant content in line with their Department, Role, Location, and Language.

Interests

Allows the admin to identify what types of topics each advocate is interested in, so it accordingly adjusts their content feed, while also giving them the freedom to explore interests they did not select initially on their screener.

Terms and Conditions

With this the admins can ensure advocates read through the program terms and conditions and 'accept' it before gaining entry to Advocacy Site.

The user can then submit the details and wait for the approval from the administrator to use the advocacy site.
